• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI 
• Colour Mode: CMYK 
• Final Artwork Size: Actual print size 
• Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines 
• Bleed: 3mm minimum on all sides 

Additional Recommendations 
• Minimum font size: 6pt 
• Avoid low-resolution images 
• Avoid placing important content near edges 
• Check spelling and grammar before submission 

Resolution Guide 

72 DPI: Suitable for screen viewing only. 
150 DPI: Acceptable for large viewing distances. 
300 DPI: Recommended for professional printing. 
Low-resolution artwork may appear blurry or pixelated when printed. 

Colour Guide (CMYK vs RGB) 

Computer monitors display colours using RGB, while printing uses CMYK. 
As a result: 
• Printed colours may differ slightly from screen colours. 
• Bright RGB colours may appear less vibrant when printed. 
• Minor colour variations are considered normal within industry standards. 
For the most accurate results, always design using CMYK colour mode.
